Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or emailed receipt).
All returns are subject to approval and validation at our discretion.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@freshjuice.com. If approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
Restocking & Return Shipping
- A 20% restocking fee will apply for non-defective items.
- The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange, return the item first. Once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, it will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping Protection
We use trusted third-party couriers. To protect your order, we offer optional Route 53 shipping insurance for damage or loss in transit. We recommend adding this at checkout.
